       NOTICE!! OF SUSPENSION!!!

The above named arm of the union convened  her monthly parliamentary sitting on 31st of August 2019.

Upon series of decision, critical deliberations and consideration and pursuant to article ii section 13 sub v&vi.
  Below central executive council officers are hereby suspended indefinitely from their office with immediate effect owing to
1- failure to yield/obey the article ii section 13 sub ii
2- failure to honour the invitation and summon letter respectively forwarded to them, without any official notice of absent
3- Negligence of duties which smack of lackadaisical attitude towards their office
4- un-seriousness towards the office holding without justifiable reason or excuse.

  ii. General secretary
  iii.Treasurer
  iv Social director
  v. Librarian

Note: above suspended officer's are hereby mandated to handover/submit all the union property in their possession to union president in the next 72hr after this broadcast.
Also, each affected officer should forward minimum of five(5) pages letter of apology to the house on or before next parliamentary sitting.
 Treasurer, Social director and Librarian are also mandated to publish  their letter of apology to Filsu NHQ Website and Blogs.
